• Our own pieces. For house pieces, Rucira Collections is the seller.
• Marketplace pieces. Other pieces are sold by independent sellers, and we run the platform.
• Every product shows Sold by. That seller is your seller for that piece.
• Sellers are responsible for their listings, the quality and authenticity of what they sell, and their GST invoices.
• We take payment for every order, handle cancellations and refunds, and support you throughout.
• An order with pieces from several sellers is split into one shipment and one invoice per seller.

We earn a platform fee on marketplace sales. The price you see is the full price you pay.

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. There is no password.
• Keep your phone secure, and never share a code. Anyone with it can sign in as you.
• Give accurate details and keep them current.
• The service is for adults aged 18 and over.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile.

• Business accounts can add a business name and GSTIN, which appear on your GST invoices.
• You are responsible for the GSTIN being correct and yours. Check it before you order, because a wrong GSTIN can cost you the input tax credit.
• Bulk (B2B) quotes are estimates. They are not binding on either side until confirmed in writing.

Payment

Online via Razorpay, or cash on delivery where offered. We never see or store your card or UPI details.

• An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it.
• We or the seller may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece has sold out, cannot be delivered to your address, or was listed at a wrong price. Anything paid is refunded in full.
• You can cancel any time before the order ships. See Cancellation & Refunds.

• Dispatch in 1-2 working days and delivery in 5-8 working days are estimates, not guarantees.
• Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.
• You have 7 days from delivery to ask for a return. Refunds reach you in 5-7 working days.
• Full conditions: Shipping & Returns and Cancellation & Refunds.

• Collections are limited: a piece may sell out and not return.
• Colour varies between screens.
• Handwoven cloth carries small irregularities from the loom. They are part of the craft, not faults.
• Some product images are illustrative, AI-generated previews rather than photographs of the actual piece.
• Where an image and the written description differ, the description governs.
• Each product page states the country of origin (by default, India).

• Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
• No fake or paid reviews, and no reviews of your own or a competitor’s pieces.
• We do not publish reviews we cannot verify, and we remove content that is abusive, unlawful, or not about the product.
• We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, or hide negative ones for being negative.

• Copy or reuse our photography, text or designs commercially without written permission.
• Use someone else’s phone number, account or payment method.
• Scrape, overload or disrupt the site, or try to reach parts not meant to be public.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used for fraud. Orders already paid for are either fulfilled or refunded.

• Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
• Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• For marketplace pieces, the seller is responsible for the product itself. We will still help you get a refund or replacement under our policies.

The laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
